Boring Post.

Okay, this is going to be a very stupid post, so please, if you have things to do, or if you are not bored enough, refrain yourself from even scanning through this post. I blog because I am procrastinating, because I don't feel like reading more about PV or waste management. BLEAH.

Anyway, Daniel has left the country since about two hours ago. I have said too many goodbyes for the past few months, and I have to tell you, it's not awesome. And Daniel, if you read this, bear in mind that I will kick your ass once I see you again! What the hell, you left without saying good bye! HMPH.

On a brighter note, I just finished reading 'My Year of Meats', and I think it is a good read, and I found an interesting quote.

A Japanese mom gives advise to her mixed daughter in a very lousy (but kinda funny) English.
'This is trouble with you. You think you want, you don't think you want - always back and forth. Me, when I want, it is with whole heart. I look at wanted things with eyes straight on. But you! Neither here or there. Your looking always crooked, from side of eye. It has no power to hold. So wanted thing, it slip away from you.'

I guess we have to want something badly enough so that it won't 'slip away'.
